For our wines, we source fruit from across the Cape winelands, striving for our end result to aways give our community a sense of place, taste and time.
Production philosophy is about low intervention, natural yeast with no added sugar, additives or any other nasties.
While all of our fruit is no certified organic we collaborate closely with partner farmers to ensure that natural measures are incorporated into crop maintenance ensuring the best possible result.
Beyond the fruit, all production partners ave to adhere to WIETA rules ensuring workers receive a living wage and fair conditions.
